Madras HC Dismisses Krishnasamy’s Petition to Quash FIR - 05.11.2015

Madras High Court has denied to take a petition filed by Puthiya Tamilagam president K. Krishnasamy to quash a FIR registered against him for allegedly disobeying prohibitory order issued during Dalit leader Immanuel Sekaran’s death anniversary in Paramakudi on September 11.
