Himachal HC Issues Notice to DC, Forest Dept over Tree Felling - 05.11.2015

Himachal HC while taking serious note on issue of felling of deodar trees at Dharamsala in violation of court orders, has issued show-cause notice to Secretary(Forest),Deputy Commissioner,Kangra,Chief Conservator of Forest,Conservator of Forest,Kangra, that why action should be not taken again them.
