MACT Claims: HC Should Assign Reasons for Increasing or Reducing Compensation, Says Supreme Court - 21.09.2018

Supreme Court has reiterated that High Court while sitting in appeal above MACT order, should assign the reasons for not granting enhancement of compensation and/or its reduction.
