Kerala HC Directs Local Bodies to Take Action against Sray Dogs - 05.11.2015

Kerala High Court for protecting lives of human beings than stray dogs, has said that local bodies can exercise their power to capture, sterilise or destroy the strays, provided it is done in accordance with legal provisions.
