Delhi High Court Upholds Life Term in Sodomy Case, Awards Rs 5 Lakh to Minor - 19.09.2018

Delhi High Court has awarded the maximum possible compensation of Rs 5 lakh to a child victim of sexual assault who gave an “unambiguous” testimony against the offender.
