Undertaking Violated, Bombay High Court Slaps Rs 15 Lakh Costs on Litigants - 19.09.2018

Bombay High Court has asked 72 residents of six dilapidated buildings in Matunga to shell out Rs 15 lakh as legal cost to the BMC for an attempt to “abuse the process of law”.
