Prove Charge of Deceit Against ArcelorMittal: Supreme Court to Numetal - 19.09.2018

Supreme Court has asked Numetal, which was against ArcelorMittal (AM) to stop it from bidding for Rs 50,000 crore debt-ridden Ruias-led Essar Steel, to prove allegations that AM ‘deceitfully’ exited out of loan-defaulting Uttam Galva to be eligible to submit resolution plan.
