Supreme Court Stays Death Penalty of a Man Convicted in Rape-Murder Case in Madhya Pradesh - 18.09.2018

SC has stayed the death sentence of a man convicted in rape and murder of a four-year-old girl in Madhya Pradesh and it is the 12th case after Madhya Pradesh govt. enacted a new anti-rape law that awards death penalty to those convicted of raping girls aged 12 or less.
