Kerala High Court Upholds Land Acquisition by KSIDC - 04.11.2015

Kerala High Court while dismissing a batch of appeals has allowed Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) decision to acquire land for its proposed life science park at Veiloor in Thiruvananthapuram.
