Delhi High Court Admits PIL Against Cigarette Sale, Smoking on its Premises - 04.11.2015

Delhi High Court has admitted a PIL seeking ban on smoking in court complex and removal of all shops selling tobacco and cigarette there citing its ill-effects on health.
