Madhya Pradesh High Court Upholds Total Prohibition of Plastic Carry Bags in State - 17.09.2018

MP HC has dismissed writ petitions challenging the total prohibition brought vide Madhya Pradesh Jaiv Anaashya Apashishta (Niyantran) Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2017 and upheld total prohibition of plastic carry bags in the state.
