Madras HC Seeks Report From Tuticorin SP On Police Excess - 13.09.2018

Madras High Court has directed the Tuticorin SP to file a counter report in response to a petition which alleged that a sub-inspector hurled casteist slurs and attacked a man belonging to the Scheduled Caste.
