Meghalaya HC Orders Centre to Enforce AFSPA in Garo Hills - 03.11.2015

Meghalaya High Court has ordered Centre to enforce Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, (AFSPA) 1958 in insurgency-ravaged districts of Garo Hills to control deteriorating law and order situation in state.
