No Re-assessment under Kerela Vat Act, 2003 Beyond Limitation Period: Kerela High Court - 12.09.2018

Kerela HC has held that assessments under the Kerala Value Added Tax Act 2003 cannot be re-opened beyond the period of limitation for re-assessment.
