SC Nods to BCI to “Continue With the New Rules" - 03.11.2015

Supreme Court has said that apex regulatory body for lawyers can "continue with the new rules" for verifying advocates, while giving its nod to Bar Council of India (BCI) and all State Bar Councils to implement them.
