Amid Probe in Manipur ‘Killings’, Army Considers ‘Correcting’ Counter-insurgency Strategy in NE States - 09.09.2018

The Supreme Court has passed a number of orders to the CBI in the last few months directing the central probe agency to thoroughly investigate the alleged extra-judicial killings and fake encounters by the Army, Assam Rifles and police in Manipur.
