Companies Can Avail Cenvat Credit on CSR Expenses: CESTAT - 06.09.2018

Customs Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) has held that a Company is eligible for the Cenvat Credit in respect of the payments made towards the fulfilment of its activities related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
