SC Rejects Shrikant Purohit Plea for SIT Probe - 05.09.2018

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a petition filed by Lt Col Shrikant Purohit, accused in Malegaon blast case, seeking a direction for a SIT probe into his “illegal detention” and “custodial torture.”
