Uttarakhand High Court High Court Bans Fatwas, Says It Infringes Upon Fundamental Rights - 31.08.2018

Uttarakhand High Court has declared 'fatwas' as unconstitutional and illegal saying that it infringes upon the statutory rights, fundamental rights, dignity, status, honour and obligation of individuals.
