Relaxation of additional fees and extension of last date of filing of AOC-4, AOC-4 XBRL and MGT-7 E-Forms under the Companies Act, 2013

MANU/DCAF/0078/2015

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has released a General Circular notifying the relaxation of additional fee payable on forms AOC-4 and AOC-4 XBRL up to 30 November, 2015. The additional fee requirement for MGT-7 E-Form is also relaxed for forms filed till 30 November, 2015, wherever additional fee is applicable.
