Uttarakhand High Court: Only Women Officers to Probe POCSO Cases - 30.08.2018

Uttarakhand High Court has ordered that cases registered under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO) will from now on be investigated only by a woman police officer not below the rank of sub-inspector.
