Conflict of interest: CCI members attend Assocham conference

Members of the Competition Commission of India participated in a conference organised by parties that have cases pending before the Commission. Held, on the 7th of August, the Conference focused on the 'Interface between Intellectual Property and Competition Law'. Much consternation was expressed on members of the Commission attending the event.
