Supreme Court Notice to Govt, WhatsApp Over ‘Non-compliance’ - 28.08.2018

Supreme Court has issued notice to Whatsapp and Centre seeking their response over plea alleging non-compliance with Indian laws, including appointing a grievance officer, under Information Technology Act to redress complaints on fake news and online hate by Whatsapp.
