Supreme Court Refuses to Stay 69% Quota Law in Tamil Nadu - 28.08.2018

Supreme Court has refused to stay the 69% quota law, which has been challenged on the ground that the quota exceeds the maximum 50 per cent limit imposed in the Mandal commission judgment.
