Delhi HC: CAG Cannot Audit Private Discoms - 30.10.2015

Delhi HC while allowing plea filed by Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd, BSES Yamuna Power, BSES Rajdhani Ltd., has junked AAP Govt.’s decision to get accounts of three private power distribution companies audited by Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG).
