President Gives Assent to Commercial Courts (Amendment) act, 2018 - 22.08.2018

President of India has given assent to Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts (Amendment) Act, 2018 which seeks to reduce the pecuniary jurisdiction of commercial courts from one crore rupees to three lakh rupees.
