Supreme Court to J&K Govt: File Reply on Plea Alleging Custodial Torture of Kathua Case Witness - 22.08.2018

Supreme Court has directed the Jammu & Kashmir government to file its response on a plea alleging custodial torture of the Kathua case witness by August 27.
