Kerala High Court: Technical Problems in Uploading E-Way Bill No Ground to Set Aside Penalty - 16.08.2018

Kerala High Court has held that technical glitches in uploading Part B of E-Way Bill cannot be a ground for setting aside penalty and detention under the CGST Act.
