Delhi HC to DU: Don’t Act Against Delhi University Teachers' Association (DUTA) President till Dec 17 - 30.10.2015

Delhi HC has extended till December 17 the restraint on Delhi University (DU) from taking any action against DUTA president and St Stephen’s college professor Nandita Narain, who sought a stay on move to initiate inquiry proceedings against her for allegedly interfering in functioning of 3 colleges.
