Bombay High Court to Committee: Study Online Drug Sale Laws Abroad - 30.10.2015

Bombay HC has ordered State Government to consider taking steps in law to regulate the sale of medicines through websites, until a proper law is enforced and asked the committee constituted by State in such regards to also study laws of developed countries such as US,UK ,Norway,Turkey,Thailand etc.
