CCI Dismisses Complaints against Jaypee Group - 29.10.2015

Central Information Commission (CIC) has dismissed five complaints against Jaypee Group entities Jaiprakash Associates and Jaypee Infratech which had alleged abuse of dominant position by the two entities in the real estate market of Noida and Greater Noida.
