Supreme Court: Application for Initiating CIRP Filed by Advocate of Financial Creditor Maintainable - 09.08.2018

Supreme Court has observed that an application filed for initiating Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process by an advocate would be maintainable under Section 7(3)(a) of the Insolvency And Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
