Suspended Director of Corporate Debtor Not Entitled to Confidential Info Held by CoC/ RP: NCLT - 08.08.2018

Mumbai bench of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has held that suspended director of a corporate debtor is not entitled to confidential information in possession of the Resolution Professional (RP) and the Committee of Creditors (CoC).
