Bombay High Court to Maharashtra: Will You Stop Online Sale of Drugs ? - 29.10.2015

Bombay High Court has asked Maharashtra Government to inform what steps it would take to stop online sale of drugs specially mentioned under Schedule H, Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 and Drugs and Cosmetics Rules 1945, dispensed without a proper doctor's prescription.
