Delhi High Court Observes that Delhi Fall in Seismic Zone 4, Concerns Disaster - 29.10.2015

Delhi HC while taking note of earthquake, has observed that Delhi fell in Seismic Zone 4, has asked Ministry of Urban Development to explain why it had not withdrawn moratorium imposed on demolition of unauthorised colonies in city and directed Centre, Delhi Govt. to create proposal and roadmap.
