Lok Sabha Passes Amendments to SC/ST Act - 07.08.2018

Lok Sabha has unanimously passed the SC/ST amendment Bill which nullifies requirements imposed by Supreme Court of undertaking preliminary inquiry and of procuring approval prior to making an arrest.
