Madras HC Suspends Raghupathi Commission Probing Irregularities in Building New Secretariat Complex - 04.08.2018

The court directed the state to initiate criminal proceedings if it there is sufficient evidence of wrongdoing and asked the commission to hand over all the documents to the government.
