NCLT Admits Insolvency Petition Against Provogue - 03.08.2018

Mumbai bench of National Company Law Tribunal has admitted Provogue (India) Ltd for insolvency resolution, making it the fourth company from the textile and garment sector to attempt loan resolution in bankruptcy courts.
