Lok Sabha Passes Bill for Fast Disposal of Commercial Disputes - 02.08.2018

Lok Sabha has passed Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts (Amendment) Bill that seeks to bring down specified value of commercial disputes from the existing Rs 1 crore each to Rs 3 lakh.
