NCLT Approves Resolution Plan for Amit Spinning Industries - 01.08.2018

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the resolution plan as submitted by Deepak Chaganlal Choudhari and Jitendra Kumar Chopra for Amit Spinning Industries pursuant to the CIRP initiated as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
