Income Tax Dept Can’t Recover Dues During Liquidation Process under IBC: Hyderabad HC - 01.08.2018

Hyderabad High Court has held that an order of attachment of the subject property by the Income Tax department cannot affect the completion of the sale effected by the liquidator under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
