Lord Ayyappa at Sabarimala Temple Too Has Rights Under Article 21, Supreme Court Told - 27.07.2018

Not persuaded about extending the Article 21 to the deity at Sabarimala temple, Chief Justice Dipak Misra said: "The framers of the Constitution envisioned that right under Article 21 for living human beings and not for a deity."
