SC: ‘NGT Is Empowered to Order Govt. for Banning Old Vehicles’ - 27.10.2015

Supreme Court has said that National Green Tribunal (NGT) is empowered to issue directives to the Centre for banning vehicles more than 15 years old from running on Delhi roads.
