Senior Citizens Can Seek ‘Interim’ Ejectment Under Welfare of Parents & Senior Citizens Act: CHC - 20.07.2018

Chhattisgarh High Court has held that a senior citizen can ask for ejectment as an interim measure under the Maintenance and Welfare of the Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
