Delhi HC Observes that Marriage Doesn't Mean Consent for Sex - 19.07.2018

Delhi HC while hearing petitions on making marital rape an offence has observed that physical force is not necessary for rape as a man could bring her wife under financial pressure to force sex and held that marriage doesn't mean that wife is always consenting for physical relation with her husband.
