Noida is Not a Local Authority, No Tax Relief: Supreme Court - 18.07.2018

Supreme Court has held that New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) is not covered by the definition of local authority as contained in Explanation to Section 10(20) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
