Telecom Users Have Right Over Personal Data: TRAI - 18.07.2018

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has said users have primary right over their personal information while entities controlling or processing this data are mere custodians who should be brought under a data protection framework to protect consumers from misuse of their personal data.
