NCLAT Asks Numetal, ArcelorMittal to Tell Why Their Bids for Essar Steel Should be Considered - 18.07.2018

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has directed Numetal Ltd and ArcelorMittal India Ltd, which were disqualified under Section 29(A) of IBC Code to bid for Essar Steel Ltd, to file written submissions by Friday, stating why their applications should be considered.
