Ordinances amending arbitration law and creating commercial courts promulgated

Continuing with its policy of if you can’t metamorphosise a Bill into an Act use an Ordinance instead, the Union Cabinet approved the promulgation of two ordinances: one constituting Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division in High Courts; the other amends the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
