NCLAT Seeks Status Report on Jaypee Infratech Insolvency Resolution - 16.07.2018

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has asked the resolution professional (RP) for Jaypee Infratech to submit details on the progress of insolvency resolution process of the debt-ridden firm.
